MOVING ...

I've decided, after a almost a year spent on both wordpress and blogger ... that I prefer one to another.

Therefore, I am moving both of my blogger accounts "Screaming For My Love" and "In the Masses" into one account and one blog.

It came be found HERE.

Hopefully this will make it easier for me to keep up with blogging since everything will be nice and neat in one place.

December - Where have the months gone?

Maybe a monthly post is better than trying to write as often as I can. Because once a month almost seems impossible.

Christmas is on the verge and then suddenly it will be 2009 and I don't know where the time has gone.

I've been abnormally busy this month, not only in life but in work, which was how Aug-Sept was. I've been in and out of town and seeing family and friends and somehow trying to organize even more what I try to call "my office".

This past weekend I attended a 50th birthday party for a former colleague, went to see my 5 year old cousin in is Y-ball basketball game, went to the Christmas Show, decorated my house and hung up Christmas lights.

Saturday felt like any other work day, not being home for long hours at a time. Even Sunday felt the same. I went from Church to a 3 hour long movie (Australia - AMAZING) and then home to decorate and all of a sudden it was 6pm and I hadn't eaten anything all day.

I felt I got some things accomplished. My house looks all festive and I am no longer the only on is my block who doesn't have some bright light on the outside. They don't flash, thank you.

I'm preparing for a long weekend in CDA visiting family, celebrating my Goddaughter's 1st birthday, celebrating Christmas early, and relaxing without the responsibility of cleaning and cooking and driving myself places.

I'll be back next week with pictures.

NKOTB - 18 Years Later

While cheesy, one of the top three concerts I have ever been to, took place last night in Salt Lake City.

New Kids on the Block, Natasha Bedingfield and Lady Gaga. Not a fan of the later, but NKOTB and NB were absolutely amazing. Nothing brings your younger years full circle than traveling back to the very first concert I ever went to to.

Around 1990, when I was 6, my mom, cousins and aunts all went to see New Kids on the Block in Boise.

Now, 18 years later and my cousin Christy and I decided to take the drive to Salt Lake City, brave the crowd of screaming girls/women who all wanted to relive their childhood.

I'm still going on the amazing performance and hearing the songs ringing in my ears, not to mention Jordan Knight without a shirt, an up close and personal performance on our end of the area, upgraded seats and every song we sang to as little girls.
